Create content following the posting requirements on your checklist

Post

Post the content by the due date (no need to send drafts before you post)

Submit

Submit the link to your post to your Statusphere profile

If my collab includes payment, how and when will I get this?

Collab compensation is sent via email 5 weeks from the day you submitted your content. You can expect to receive yours within that window via the method you have selected (direct deposit or PayPal).

I had an emergency come up and can’t post by the due date. How can I get more time?

You can submit a request for more time in your profile!

1. Click the 'My Products' tab
2. Select your collab
3. Select 'Get Help'
4. Then select 'Request a due date extension'

Once submitted, our team will review your request and send you an email confirming your new due date.

I’m having an issue with my product/collab. Who can help me with this?
