Kristin’s been working hands-on with Statusphere creators since 2019. We’re a creator-first platform so improving the creator experience is always top of mind. With the help of the incredible Member Experience team, she’s worked to create a welcoming, communicative, and resourceful environment for Statusphere Creators. You’ve probably received an email (or two) from her before. When she’s not in your inbox, this Dallas Texan loves working out and trying new sushi spots!

Alexa’s first experience with Statusphere was as a creator in the network! She quickly realized that she wanted to pursue this as a career and found an open internship on the Member Experience team. Three years later, She is now working closely with the creators and the brands to align and create the best experience for both sides. When she’s not thinking of ways to engage with creators, she’s either creating content, drinking coffee or reading a good book.

To be authentic! Your audience follows you for a reason, be yourself when creating sponsored content and the rest will flow naturally.
With a background in social media strategy and a passion for connecting with others, Leanza uses her creativity to assist in executing social media campaigns at Statusphere. Most days, you’ll find her communicating with members to ensure campaigns run smoothly and are posted on time as well as managing the internship program on the Member Relations team. When she’s not working, you can find Leanza at any and every thrift store in the Denver area, dreaming of her next European trip, or rock climbing at the climbing gym or on the side of the mountain (What, like it’s hard?💅)

To never underestimate the details. Perfecting *the* shot, finding the perfect lighting, and keeping your camera still goes a long way and can take your content from good to great!
As an influencer herself, Tori uses her experience as a creator to ensure the entire campaign on-boarding and off-boarding processes run smoothly by sending lots of emails, managing product posts, sending over campaign compensation, and overall working on ways to improve the member experience! Outside of work, you can find her at spin classes, at Harry Styles & Taylor Swift concerts (I’ve seen them 11 times combined just in the last two years 😵💫), traveling, and shopping (send any product recs besties!)

Only posting products that are TRUE to you! It’s much easier for your audience to organically enjoy your authentic content when they truly can feel that you love the product even through the screen!
As the newest member of the member relations team, Kendall reviews product posts and gets to communicate with creators through emails and DMs. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know all of our outstanding creators and being your content hype girl 💝. When she’s logged off, she loves reading, fostering dogs from her local animal shelter, and perfecting her dirty Shirley recipe (if you know, you know).
