If my collab includes a gift card, how and when will I get this?

Collab gift cards are sent via email within 30 business days (not including weekends/holidays) from the posting due date. You’ll get to select the type of gift card you’d like once it’s sent. We offer a wide variety of retailers to choose from including Amazon, Target, Sephora, MasterCard, and many more! 🤑

I had an emergency come up and can’t post by the due date. How can I get more time?

We know life happens and your brand collab may not always be the first thing on your list. If you need more time, simply fill out a request for an extension here and our team will email you a new date to post by. ⏰

I’m having an issue with my product/collab. Who can help me with this?
